Good turn around time, took about 1 week from sending out my original to receiving everything back. Customer service is great, they got back in touch almost immediately. I’ve been using the key for about a week now, still working great!

They keep you informed via email of the status of your order and literally within 24 hours of them receiving my original card the copies were ready for shipment. They arrived quikcly and work perfectly. They are also very good at letting you know if your card isn’t able to be copied as was the case for us once. I sent a photo and within an hour had a reply.
